Governance Committee
The Governance Committee leads board and committee recruitment, training, and orientation. It supports the development of annual workplans and monitors progress toward committee goals, regularly reporting updates to the SLT Board.

ACE Committee
The purpose of the Agricultural Conservation Easement Committee is to: Is to advise, review and recommend to the SLT Board all aspects of a Conservation Easement agreement transaction. Review/comment on critical documents related to agricultural conservation easement acquisitions. Advise staff on the financial development of the easement acquisition program, including the procurement of grants to fund project development activities. Serve as an ambassador of SLT by assisting in outreach to Solano County landowners who may be interested in placing a conservation easement on their land with SLT. Collaborate with the AG Strategy Committee on topics related to land conservation.

Executive Committee

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee was established to oversee the financial health and integrity of Solano Land Trust. The committee ensures that financial resources are managed responsibly and in alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
