Intrepid volunteers get muddy for restoration!

Sedge will provide habitat for insects and animals.

The new culvert connects the marsh to the uplands.

This otter is already exploring!
Jasmine Westbrook says, "Thank you volunteers for helping us to plant 2,000 new plants at Rush Ranch's Lower Spring Branch Creek. The Suisun Valley 4H Club came out in force, and we had moms, dads, and elementary through first-year college students. It was wonderful seeing families enjoying the sunshine, the mud, and each other while working to improve habitat. You are rock stars!"
