 y on Viola populations to grow into adult butterflies. This monitoring wil
 l help Solano Land Trust protect their Viola populations to support the bu
 tterflies. Participants will be detecting\, flagging\, and mapping Califor
 nia Golden Violet patches and nectar plant patches. Volunteers will also h
 elp with filling out data sheets. The group will meet at the main Lynch Ca
 nyon parking lot at 9:30 a.m. and split into two groups\, with one group c
 aravanning to the second site at the land trust’s Expansion properties nea
 rby. \n\nPlease dress in layers and bring water as weather is variable. Wo
 rk will involve bending and moderate hiking. No experience is necessary –
