Jepson Prairie Preserve:
On Cook Lane, off Hwy 113, 10 miles south of Dixon, CA 95620 and 8 miles north of Hwy 12

From Sacramento / I-80 West: Take Hwy 113 South toward Dixon. Travel about 10 miles past Dixon. When Hwy 113 takes a 90 degree turn to the east, exit by continuing straight onto Cook Lane.
From San Francisco / I-80 East: Take Hwy 12 East toward Rio Vista/Suisun City. Travel about 17 miles toward Rio Vista, passing Suisun City and the Western Railway Museum. Turn left onto Hwy 113 North and travel about 8 miles. Continue on Hwy 113 when it takes a 90 degree turn to the west. Then in about 1 mile when Hwy 113 takes a 90 degree turn north, exit by turning left onto Cook Lane.
Once on Cook Lane: Proceed 0.7 miles over the creek and railroad tracks until you see the eucalyptus grove and interpretive sign. Pull to a safe place to park.
King-Swett Ranches:
The King-Swett Ranches are closed due to lack of funding for operations and maintenance. The public is still invited to join Solano Land Trust docent-led events – see our Events Calendar for details.
Usual meeting place for docent-led events: Since there is no parking lot at the King-Swett Ranches, meet your guide promptly and be ready to leave immediately from the unmarked Park-and-Ride lot where McGary Rd., Hiddenbrooke Pkwy., and American Canyon Rd. intersect, Vallejo, CA 94591. Be ready to carpool or caravan from there to the trailhead.
From I-80 between Vallejo and Fairfield, take the American Canyon/Hiddenbrooke exit south toward Hiddenbrooke Parkway. Just before entering the Hiddenbrooke development, turn west (right) at the unmarked Park-and-Ride lot.

From San Francisco / I-80 East between Vallejo and Fairfield: Take the American Canyon/Hiddenbrooke exit. Go south toward Hiddenbrooke Parkway. Just before entering the Hiddenbrooke development, turn east (left) on McGary Road (frontage road that runs parallel to I-80). Follow McGary Road for 1.6 miles to where it intersects with Lynch Road. Turn left on Lynch Road, go under the I-80 underpass, and proceed through the gate at the end of the cul-de-sac to the gravel parking lot.
From Sacramento / I-80 West between Fairfield and Vallejo: Take the Red Top Road exit. Go south (left) under the underpass. In less than 0.1 mile, turn right on McGary Road (frontage road that runs parallel to I-80). Follow McGary Road for 1.8 miles. Turn right on Lynch Road, go under the I-80 underpass, and proceed through the gate at the end of the cul-de-sac to the gravel parking lot.

Usual meeting place for docent-led events: Since there is no parking lot at Rockville Trails Preserve, meet your guide promptly and be ready to leave immediately from the big red barn with "Ice House" printed on its side on Suisun Valley Court near the southeast corner of the Rockville Road and Suisun Valley Road intersection, behind LaBarista Espresso, Fairfield, CA 94534. Park alongside the red barn. Be ready to carpool from there to the trail head.
From I-80 in Fairfield, take the Rockville Rd exit or Suisun Valley Rd exit to where these two roads intersect. Suisun Vly Ct lies just southeast of this intersection.
Rush Ranch Open Space:
3521 Grizzly Island Road, off Hwy 12, 2 miles south of Suisun City, CA 94585
From I-80 in Fairfield: Take Hwy 12 East toward Rio Vista/Suisun City. Proceed on Hwy 12 approximately 3 miles to the intersection with Grizzly Island Rd (south) and Sunset Ave (north). Turn south (right) on Grizzly Island Rd and proceed approximately 2 miles to ranch entrance on right.
